Terms & Conditions
By using the Wiki Media website or subscribing to any of our services you agree to these terms. Please read them before subscribing.
1. Scope of service
We provide marketing, advertising and business systems (Wiki CRM, Wiki ERP, WatsFlow, ChatBoot and others) plus printing, fabrication and execution work. The scope and price of each service are set in the agreed quote or plan.
2. Subscriptions, payment and renewal
Subscription fees are charged in the currency shown for your country and VAT may be added as required by law. Subscriptions renew at the end of each cycle (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
3. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid cycle. Fees for a cycle that has started are non-refundable unless the quote says otherwise or the law requires it. Custom fabrication work is not refundable once production has begun.
4. Advertising spend
Ad budget paid to platforms such as Meta and Google is separate from management fees and is not included in them unless stated otherwise in writing. We manage budgets carefully but do not guarantee specific sales or results.
5. Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, materials and access on time, to pay on time, and that the content you give us does not infringe anyone’s rights.
6. Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of your content and brand. Our standard systems, software and designs remain Wiki Media’s property and are licensed to you for the length of your subscription. Fully paid custom designs transfer to you unless agreed otherwise.
7. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account, and must tell us immediately if you suspect it has been compromised.
8. Third-party platforms
Some services depend on third-party platforms (Meta, Google, WhatsApp and others). They have their own terms and may change policies or suspend accounts, which is outside our control.
9. Service availability
We aim to run the service continuously, but maintenance or outages beyond our control may occur and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for the service in dispute during the three months before the event.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms and will post the change on this page; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept it.
