1. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, phone number, email, company and request details when you fill in the contact form or ask for a quote.

Account information: when you create a portal account we keep your account and company details, subscriptions, invoices and payments.

Technical information: browser, device, pages visited, country and chosen language, collected automatically to run and improve the site.

2. How we use it

To answer your requests and prepare quotes, run your account, services and invoices, contact you about the service, improve the site, and meet legal and tax requirements in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Accounts and forms

Passwords are stored hashed and we cannot read them. Contact requests are recorded in our system so they are not lost even if you never send the WhatsApp message.

4. Analytics and cookies

We use essential cookies to remember your language, country and login session. We may use analytics tools to understand site performance; if we enable them we will say so here. You can delete cookies in your browser settings.

5. Your customers’ data in our systems (CRM / ERP)

If you use our systems to manage your own customers’ data, you are responsible for that data and we process it on your behalf and on your instructions only, never for our own purposes.

6. Payments

We do not store payment card data on our servers. When a payment gateway is connected, the payment is handled by that provider under its own policy and we only keep a record of the transaction (amount, status, reference).

7. WhatsApp and third-party providers

WhatsApp buttons take you to the WhatsApp app, where the conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s policy. We may use providers for hosting, email, advertising (such as Meta) and analytics, and they receive only what they need to perform their service.

8. Retention

We keep your data for as long as our relationship lasts and a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal reasons, then delete or anonymise it.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and regular backups. No protection is absolute, but we keep working to reduce risk.

10. Your rights and account deletion

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or delete your account, by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to what we must keep by law.

We may update this policy from time to time; the last-updated date is shown at the top.
