Usage Policy
This policy sets out acceptable use of our systems and services so they stay safe and useful for everyone.
1. Permitted use
Using the systems and services for your legitimate business, within the plan you subscribed to and the agreed number of users.
2. Prohibited use
Attempting to breach the systems, exceed account permissions or extract other people’s data. Uploading malware or sending excessive requests that disrupt the service. Reselling the systems or sharing an account beyond the licence. Using the service for unlawful activity.
3. Messaging and WhatsApp
Do not send unsolicited messages or campaigns without recipients’ consent, or misleading or abusive content. WhatsApp/Meta policies must be followed; violations may lead to the account being suspended by the platform itself.
4. Advertising
Ads must comply with the ad platforms’ policies and local law. We do not accept promotion of prohibited products or misleading claims.
5. Other people’s data
If you enter your customers’ data into our systems, you are responsible for having the legal right to do so and for processing it lawfully.
6. Suspension
We may restrict or suspend any account that breaks this policy or puts the service or others at risk, and will notify you where possible.
