Wiki Media provides websites, digital services, CRM, ERP, advertising tracking, WhatsApp automation, QR pages, smart forms, and related support. Project scope, delivery timeline, payment schedule, and included support are confirmed before work starts.

• Client data and access credentials are handled confidentially.
• Third-party platforms such as Meta, WhatsApp, hosting providers, and payment gateways may have their own rules and fees.
• Any paid campaign spend, hosting fees, or external subscriptions are separated from Wiki Media service fees unless agreed otherwise.
• Support and revisions follow the approved quotation or subscription plan.
